  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, our team begins processing and packaging, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • No cancellation charges apply if the request is made within 1 hour.

  • If Hindu Sanatani has to cancel your order due to unforeseen reasons (such as stock unavailability or logistic challenges), you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

  Refund & Replacement Policy

  We follow a 1-day replacement policy only in cases where:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or

  • You have received the wrong product.

  👉 To be eligible, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide proof (mandatory unboxing video and images).

  ❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences.

  • Products damaged/washed by the customer.

  • Items not in their original packaging or condition.

  Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request – Contact us within 1 day via WhatsApp or email. Share your order number and details.

  2. Return Product – Send back the unused product in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Verification – Once we inspect and approve, we’ll proceed.

  4. Replacement Fee – A flat fee of ₹250 applies for approved size exchanges (to cover shipping & handling).

  5. Receive Replacement – After payment, your replacement will be dispatched with a tracking number

  Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution

  • Complaints raised via email or WhatsApp will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt.
