  • Within Karnataka: 3–5 business days.
  • Metro Cities (India): 5–7 business days.
  • Other Locations (India): 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, unforeseen circumstances, or festivals/public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer’s cost.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be provided based on verification.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

9. Changes or Cancellations

  • Shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
